Mitch Tezak

Vice President, Finance/Internal Reporting

Mitchell Tezak is the Director of Finance of First Washington Realty.

Mr. Tezak was previously the Director of Accounting of Donahue Schriber, a privately held REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust), that owned, developed, and managed necessity-based neighborhood, community, and power center formats encompassing over 10 million square feet across the Western United States.

Prior to joining Donahue Schriber in 2021, Mr. Tezak held the positions of Assistant Controller at Ensign Services and Assurance Manager at EY, a multinational CPA and professional services firm.

Mr. Tezak is a licensed CPA (inactive) in the State of California.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, from California State University, Fullerton.
