FWR Aquires 100% Ownership of 6 Centers
First Washington Realty acquired, via an affiliate, the 100% interest of six shopping centers in Colorado, Virginia, California and Pennsylvania, through an 11-property asset swap. Prior to the swap, we owned the majority interest in the subject centers, through a longstanding joint venture with Regency Centers.
