Kelley Evans

Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller

Ms. Evans is Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. She is responsible for all corporate accounting, cash management and financial reporting functions for the management company. Prior to joining First Washington in 2016, Ms. Evans was a Senior Manager on the Corporate Accounting team at Fannie Mae. She began her career as an Audit Associate at Reznick Group (currently CohnReznick). She is a licensed CPA in the State of Maryland and holds a B.S. in Accounting and B.S. in Business Management from North Carolina State University.
